Thank you for joining us for our annual Christmas banquet!
This year we are in for a special treat. We will be meeting at the Clubs of Quantico ball room. The event will include a catered buffet, entertainment, and most importantly . . . fellowship. The buffet will include: Chicken Breast with mushroom reduction, Slow roasted beef top round, New York style cheese case, and tea. We will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Come dressed in business casual. It’s also important to remember to make your reservation by December 12th.

Base Access Process
Adults 18 years and above will need to register to get on base prior to the event day. In order to register you must enroll online and go in person.
Follow these steps:
- Go online here: https://dbids-global.dmdc.mil/home/
- Select DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Site.
- Use the name Connie Castro as the base sponsor.
- Complete DBIDS registration and print the confirmation.
- Print and complete the following form NAVMC 5512 (https://s3.amazonaws.com/mcmlive/Blog/2020/Base-Access-Form.pdf).
- Bring your REAL ID compliant Driver’s License, completed NAVMC 5512 form, DBIDS registration confirmation, and the name of your government sponsor (Connie Castro) to the Marine Corps Base Quantico Visitor Control Center (VCC).

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST GO TO VISITOR CONTROL CENTER NO EARLIER THAN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT. WE SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GO TO THE VCC ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
NO REAL ID – NO PROBLEM
If you do not have a Real ID Driver’s Licenses then please ensure you bring at least two of the following documents:
- United States Passport
- Permanent Resident Card/Alien Registration Receipt Card (Fo I-551)
- Foreign Passport with a temporary (I-551) stamp or temporary (I-551) printed notation on a machine-readable immigrant visa
- An employment authorization document that contains a photograph (Form I-766)
- Current/Valid Driver’s License (cannot say “Federal Limits Apply” or “Not for Federal use”)
- Identification card issued by Federal, State or local Government Agencies
- Approved Department of Defense (DoD) Privilege Card Holder
